Delivery
We efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible.
Your ordered products will be delivered Monday - Friday via national post or UPS depending on the location An order that has been submitted on a Danish public holiday will be processed the next working day following the public holiday.
Please note that we only ship to home or office addresses - not to P.O. boxes. The carrier will need a signature when delivering the parcel. It can be from you or from another person at the same address e.g. a family member or a receptionist.
Standard delivery costs varies based on the location.
Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery on a designated day or time. All orders are processed in chronological order.
All orders will be shipped from our design house in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Your order will be delivered by UPS or local post. If you are not at home at the time of delivery you can collect your parcel at the nearest UPS pick-up point. You’ll be notified of the location of the pick-up point by UPS in the delivery slip.
Your order will be shipped between Mondays and Fridays. Please note that we can’t ship to P.O. boxes.
You will need to sign for your parcel when you receive it unless another option is provided by the courier.
If your parcel is delivered to a pick-up point, the courier will keep the parcel for 10 calendar days before returning it to us as undelivered.

Exchange and returns
We offer a 14-day full return policy valid from the day you receive your goods. The goods must be unused and in the same condition as on receipt. Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the full amount to your account as soon as possible. Nonetheless, we do not offer a cash refund on items that are preordered for the individual above 1600€. We offer a giftcard to our webshop and alternative models.
Any returns or exchanges shall be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. All exchanges or returns are free of charge. Discounted items are only refunded by a giftcard.

We will reimburse the full amount upon return of the item and we will arrange a new delivery of the correct item immediately. We will also provide a giftcard as an apology.
We notify instantly the client once the item has been received back to Copenhagen. All returns are made to our design house in Copenhagen, Denmark.
If you wish to use another delivery provider, you have to notify us in the comment section of the item purchase or email us on contact@lavacopenhagen.com
